Fred Kukubor is a professional agribusiness expert with extensive knowledge and experience in sustainable agriculture, project management and impact investment. He has both private sector and international development experience with crosscutting expertise in different commodity value chains; cocoa, cashew, oil palm, cereal, spices, tubers and vegetables. He has managed, supervised and implemented various agribusiness projects across West Africa particularly in sustainable agro-commodity sourcing and trade, working with multinational organizations like Solidaridad West Africa and Nestle West & Central Africa Region.
He is currently the founder and managing partner of Farmer Globale, a thriving agribusiness company that promotes commercial crop production, brand packaging and marketing, and professional agro-consulting in Ghana and beyond. The company is managed by a team of experts with extensive knowledge in various disciplines; entrepreneurship, impact investment, logistics, supply chain, market research and digital innovations, including project design and implementation. Fred holds BSc in Agriculture, MSc Economics and MBA in International Management of Resources and Environment.
