What´s your vision for the African-German partnership and cooperation?

"My vision is to see an intensified partnership between African and German startups through digital transformation, innovation and training - to solve global issues."

Lawrence Ashiagbor has been consulting in digital marketing for higher education institutions in Ghana since August 2016. As an expert in branding, user research and interaction design, design thinking, and content creation, Lawrence has worked in various sectors and positions in Ghana and abroad: He was responsible for the marketing of AIESEC, a not-for-profit youth-led organization, that focuses on leadership through student exchanges in Ghana; later he moved to Tunisia to support a social startup for two months. During the COVID pandemic, he co-founded a tech startup to provide services to struggling restaurant owners, which later pivoted into travel experiences aggregation.

Lawrence has been involved in various projects in tourism, higher education, public health, arts and culture, and financial inclusion. He is a design-thinking practitioner and an advocate for sustainable tourism, with a budding career in product management for digital products.
