Isabelle Bucyeyeneza is the Managing Director of TestSolutions Rwanda Ltd since February 2023. As an experienced and certified Software Quality Assurance Tester, she has worked with local and international clients gaining extensive experience in managing testing efforts for medium to complex software projects.
As a versatile professional, Isabelle has held various leadership and management positions over the years. She has successfully led teams comprised of women and international instructors, showcasing her ability to foster diverse and inclusive work environments. Her achievements include winning prizes in different competitions, such as Innovate4Woman 2019, with a digital solution project "Financial Inclusion for Women Refugees based in camps," and as part of a team that won the Techify Mobility 2020 competition for a project "Intelligent Public Transport Management System."
Moreover, Isabelle has actively participated in various programs as a trainer and has been invited to speak about “women in tech” and Rwanda's tech ecosystem in podcasts, online MeetUps, college induction weeks, and summits.
Isabelle Bucyeyeneza studied Business Information Technology (Bsc) at Mount Kenya University. She further obtained an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from IPRC-North (Tumba College of Technology).
