Jana Piske is a cheerful Rhinelander and digital native. Since 2019, she has been teaching remote and hybrid team management skills with the training platform Fairlinked. The focus of her work is virtual teambuilding and intercultural teams in the digital space. Since 2014, she has been bringing politically active and engaged young people from around the world together online to shape society. As co-founder of the association „Taste of Malawi e.V.“ in 2014, she is involved in any decision-making processes of her association as a board member and knows both challenges and opportunities of civil society in Germany and worldwide.
