Most Africans do not want to be connected with ex-colonial powers and seek new partners, such as China, USA, Russia, or Turkey. Germany in Africa has a better reputation, compared to France or other ex-colonial powers. I believe Germany can play a crucial role in bringing back Europe to Africa and reworking a new win-win partnership."
