Charlotte Kramer is the co-founder of AGOJI Studio, a sustainable fashion brand that combines ethical craftsmanship with social impact. She is creative, enthusiastic and motivated by social responsibility and change. With a passion for development and sustainable business, Kramer develops creative solutions that have a positive impact on society and the environment. Empathy and communication are her strengths and form the basis for intercultural cooperation. With a background in fashion design and an apprenticeship in tailoring, her journey began in 2018 when she taught a deaf-mute woman how to sew during a volunteer project in Ghana. Since then, Kramer has been committed to creating positive change by promoting circular economy principles and empowering communities. She met her co-founding team during her Masters and together they developed a sustainable fashion brand that is produced in Uganda. Kramer strives to collaborate with like-minded leaders to promote sustainable change.
